New Pics...

I just wanted to post some new pictures of Rylee for everyone to see. Rylee is doing great as usual, she is climbing up the stairs like crazy, climbing into the bathtub which is a new one, and loving all of her new toys!

This picture is so adorable, I think we need to send it to Radio Flyer.
Rylee LOVES her wagon, she's so darn cute in it.

As Promised...

Rylee had a great 1st Birthday. We just had a little get together at night and gave her some birthday cake (her first time having sweets). I made her cake for her which I was so proud of especially since the first one didn't turn out at all. My brother drove up my mom from his house in S. Alabama and got to see Rylee on her birthday which was great especially since he will be moving bases and will now be further away. We were all so happy to be able to get to spend more time with him and of course that grandma finally got to come visit.
Otherwise nothing to new, just hanging out with grandma and enjoying all of Rylee's new fun toys!!! Here are some pictures as promised:

Whew that was a long break!!!

I know it has been a very long time since I've posted any pictures and after tomorrow I will get back to my weekly updates! We have had a very busy last 30 days. We went to Illinois, watched Haven take 2nd in her age group in the State Softball Tournament in Pulaski, have had the kids for a little over two weeks, and even spent the night with Josh, Kelly, & Zo.

Tomorrow is Rylee's 1st Birthday and I can't believe it... I mean I really can't believe our little angel is going to be 1 tomorrow. We were able to weigh her last week and she weighed 18lb 3oz and she also now has 5 teeth and I think is working on her 6th currently. She has grown so much, she is walking all over the place, and climbing on everything she can and as always is just amazing to watch... exhausting to chase after, but amazing to watch.

My mom is also coming to visit tomorrow!!!! This will be her first time at our house and I can't wait for all of us to be able to spend time together. I have lots of pictures I need to post from IL and just random ones I will get to that within the next few days. We are all doing extremely well though. We are most definitely blessed.

I hope Josh had a great Father's Day. Saturday night we went to Wood n' Strings Dulcimer Shop which is one of his favorite places in Townsend and we watched some live music which as most people know is his favorite thing to do. It was really great, they had a little stage area and the Little River was right behind them plus they were selling homemade ice cream.

Otherwise nothing too exciting going on here. We will be home this week and plan on relaxing. Here are some new pictures of Rylee from over the weekend and today.

Happy Father's Day

Father's Day is coming up this weekend and I couldn't think of a better way to spend it than in the Smoky Mountains again watching baseball/softball games, eating nachos, and enjoying the beautiful scenery with the kids. After the weekend is over I'll post some pictures. I'm very excited to give Josh his first Father's Day present from me and Rylee, it has to stay a suprise for now! Josh is such an amazing father and I was so excited about his gift, I really hope he loves it as much as I loved getting it for him. Rylee just lights up in smiles and giggles whenever Dada enters the room, she always knows that when he walks by her she is going to get tickled, hugged, or that something special is going to happen. Josh is a giver, he goes out of his way in every way he can to make sure the kids and I are happy and I'm just happy that there is a day that I can give my appreciation to the amazing father I know he is and for how much he constantly does for us. As his wife I know that I am probably the most aware of what he does and how much goes into it all, he is truly unselfish. Rylee and I are so very lucky to have him, and we just want him to know HOW VERY MUCH we appreciate him. A parent is not only a parent, they are their child's teacher and I know Rylee will learn many great things from Josh for he not only talks like so many people do but leads by example.
And of course some new pictures of Rylee, I know that's why you are here.
